Our Four Stage Process Explained.
This unique four-stage process is designed to provide you with more clarity about the assets that you are using as well as to get to the heart of any issues that are hindering your progress.
All we ask is that you trust the process, fully commit to it and be as thorough and honest as possible.
Step 1 – Asset Inspection
We will conduct an on-site inspection of all the assets within the production process, giving you a comprehensive asset register.
At this stage we will also ask you to provide critical supporting information in order to ensure that you get the most from the process.
The information gathered at this point is paramount as it is the first stage of uncovering areas that can be improved.
Step 2 – Deep Dive
This is arguably the most important part of the process.
We will host a discussion with key people within the business to work through a series of carefully planned questions designed to get to the very heart of your business and how it uses its assets.
You will come out of the discussion with a renewed vision for the business.
Step 3 – The Report
Taking information from the previous 2 steps, we create a comprehensive report; documenting our findings, creating a strategic asset register and presenting recommendations aligned to your vision for the business.
You will be given time to digest the report before we move onto the final step.
Step 4 – The Next Steps
This final meeting gives an opportunity for all concerned to discuss issues raised throughout the whole process and the findings of the report.
This discussion will create the building blocks for a strategy for future proofing the business as well as driving growth and positive change.
